Jay Bhanushali is an Indian television actor who was born on December 25, 1984. He is well known for his role as Neev Shergill in the Indian soap opera Kayamath, which aired on Star Plus and was created by Ekta Kapoor. Bhanushali made his television debut in the show Dhoom Machaao Dhoom, where he played Varun Bhaskar, but his major break came when Ekta Kapoor cast him in her soap opera Kayamath as protagonist Neev Shergill. He not only received plaudits for the role, but he also received multiple prizes for his work in the show. Bhanushali went on to win the Indian Telly Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role, as well as other prizes for his work.
